Our Mastermind

Troy Michael has been active in the pageant industry for 15 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Currently, Troy is a mental health advocate, Executive State Director of the Miss Alaska Volunteer Scholarship Pageant, and a highly sought-after independent political community invigorator for both Democrats and Republicans.

As a professional stylist, Troy has hand-selected the wardrobe for many pageant title-holders and models. He works closely with well-known pageant boutiques and prominent fashion designers to enhance the wardrobe for his clients. Troy is widely recognized as the best in the industry for styling clients in private interview attire and evening gowns.

Over the years, Troy has assisted clients competing in various pageant systems including National American Miss (NAM), Miss USA / Miss Teen USA, Miss America, Miss World, Mr. USA, etc. He is the only pageant coach who actively promotes representing men, women, and the transgender community in pageantry. Although not as popular, there are several male pageants worldwide in which Troy has experience both coaching and competing!

In fact, he competed on an international level and captured the highly coveted title of “Mr. Gay World” in Cape Town, South Africa on October 27th, 2023. Troy became the first American, first black man, and the oldest contestant in the competition’s 15 year history to ever win the title. Troy has garnered first-hand experience in understanding how to succeed at the highest level of pageantry.

Our vision.

Our mission.

Our mission is to discover our client’s true potential through self-purity, truth, and authenticity. We believe that deep down everyone has a purpose. Our goal is to help our clients find that purpose and transform that cause into a meaningful platform. When fashion collides with vulnerability, possibilities are limitless.

We are proud to represent a variety of clients: women, men, transgender, and drag queens. Male pageantry is on the rise in the United States, and we are happy to represent men in various different pageant systems. Also, we take pride in encouraging transgender women to compete and maximize their true potential. Transgender women, as well as Drag Queens, are beautiful, intelligent, and we are so proud to be a LGBTQ friendly business who actively promotes and represents the entire community.
